To support all-breed dog rescue and placement, for the purpose of finding safe, loving homes for canine orphans. To work closely with Los Angeles Department of Animal Regulation shelters to find homes for dogs at risk. To educate and inform the public regarding spay and neutering, appropriate breed, age, and temperament in canine adoption. To involve the community at large in carrying out these goals.
