United Against Puppy Mills is a non-profit organization located in Lancaster, PA which unfortunately is known as the Puppy Mill Capital of the East Coast. Our primary mission is to educate the public about the horrible conditions in puppy mills and suggest ways of finding a puppy through adoption or reputable breeders. We effect positive change through legislation, zoning and public awareness.
