Family Services serves through six programs: Women's Shelter for victims of domestic violence, ADEPT Parents in Transition for single working moms who desire to go to college and support themselves, Transitional Housing for the Homeless, Home Support for the Elderly and Disabled, Employee Assistance Program for workplace difficulties, and counseling services. As a nonprofit agency affiliated with United Way of Elkhart County, the agency relies heavily on private and corporate donors to provide its services to low income families and individuals who are at risk.
