Cause Description:
The mission of Feline Urgent Rescue and Rehab is to rescue homeless and/or feral cats and prepare them for forever homes. We also go into the community and into homes to help educate pet owners about care, vaccines, the importance of spay/neuter, food, behavioral problems etc. Our goal is to put an end to kill shelters and pet overpopulation. We find homes for cats we bring into our rescue and help families keep pets they already have by addressing the problems that may send pets to kill shelters or to be abandoned. Our Shelter is a no kill cage free shelter. We have about 100 cats at any given time that are all available for adoption. We have an application process for possible adopters. We do a home visits before we allow anyone to adopt one of our kitties. If those who adopt one of our cats cannot keep them for any reason, we take them back into our rescue 100% of time.
