Our mission is to provide blind and/or visually impaired youth with the knowledge and tools necessary to participate in science without the use of vision. We seek to instill in them the belief that lack of eyesight need not be a factor in determining whether or not they can pursue science related careers and engage in science-related interests. Through the lens of science, we seek to show young blind people that blindness need not stand in the way of their pursuing their dreams, that with a little ingenuity they can find ways to do the things they need to do without the use of eyesight.
